Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (and the age of majority in your jurisdiction for paid services) to use the Services. By using them, you represent that you meet these requirements.

Use of the Services

• Use the Services only for lawful purposes and as permitted by these Terms.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Services.
• Do not impersonate others or submit false or misleading information.
• Do not post or transmit content that is illegal, infringing, harmful, or harassing.

Newsletter and community

When you subscribe to the newsletter or join our community, you agree to receive related communications. You can unsubscribe or leave at any time. Community participation is also subject to any rules posted within that platform.

Coaching, builds, and paid services

Specific deliverables, fees, timelines, and refund policies for coaching, builds, sponsorships, or other paid engagements are set out in a separate agreement, invoice, or order form. Those terms control if they conflict with anything here. Unless otherwise stated, payments are non-refundable once work has begun.

Intellectual property

All content on the Services — including text, graphics, logos, videos, and code — is owned by Founder Drew LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. You may view and share content for personal, non-commercial use with attribution, but may not copy, modify, or redistribute it without our written permission.

User submissions

If you submit content to us (e.g. messages, testimonials, community posts), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with operating and promoting the Services. You represent that you have the rights to share what you submit.

Third-party links and services

The Services may link to or rely on third-party platforms (e.g. Skool, Calendly, social networks, sponsors). We are not responsible for the content, terms, or practices of those third parties.

Disclaimers

The Services and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Content is for informational and educational purposes only and is not financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. You are responsible for your own decisions.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Founder Drew LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim related to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or USD $100 if you did not pay us.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Founder Drew LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you violate these Terms or for any other reason. You may stop using the Services at any time.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State in which Founder Drew LLC is organized, without regard to conflict of laws principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there for any disputes that cannot be resolved informally.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
